Double First 'Does what it says on the tin - and more!'

Program Updates and Double First's Website

St. Gabriel's keeps their software updated by using the Customer Resources part of Double First's website. Double First Accounts has had 25 upgrade and development releases since 2003, adding many more features.

'Customer Resources', said Piers du Pré, Chairman, 'is the place for all Users to upgrade their softwares, review the Release notes, and make use of the wealth of knowledge in the library of Frequently Asked Questions.'

Double First Manuals

'We have many staff who use Double First, and at one stage I became aware that some had developed their own individual ways and work-arounds which might not have been the most efficient,' said Noel. 'So I said they had to refer to the manuals and start using it exactly as it said.

'They did, and it worked. The Double First manuals are excellent.'

Cash Flow Management

'Cash flow management is crucial in any business, and as Bursar, Double First enables me to manage cash and make projections,' added Noel.

Support

Noel finds Double First's Support Team helpful. 'Problems are always followed through in a consistent and satisfactory manner.'

St. Gabriel's School
