Launched in 2005, our Engage Management Information System (MIS) software is the distillate of our knowledge gained from over 23 years of working with Independent and Fee-Paying schools.

Simple to use, Engage keeps all the school's data and information within a single database making it usable by every member of staff.

Fees

Engage has its own bespoke Fees and Examinations charging module.

Integrated Accounts

Fully integrating with our Accounts modules, Engage becomes the hub of the school's administration and accounting systems.

Furthermore, Engage also fully integrates with Sage, Capita FMS, Accounting Office, and other well known accounts packages.

Flexibility & Configurability

Highly flexible in its use, Engage can be configured for each individual user, making it quick and easy to access information, precisely.

Once configured, your personalised screen can be saved against your log-on details ensuring it will always automatically appear no matter which computer you are working on.

Report Wizard and Data Extraction

The Report Wizard allows users to develop their own internal report formats and to customise the layout of information.

Furthermore, 'any and all' data can be extracted and sent to Excel. Ideal for data analysis.

Compliance and Interoperability

Engage complies with the DCFS requirements for Common Basic Data Set, Adult Common Basic Data Set and school CBDS.

The Technology used

Engage is the only school MIS software available today written entirely in modern languages - C#, Microsoft's .NET, Framework 2 and 3.5 technology, with an SQL database.

Engage will automatically be fully compatible with subsequent Framework releases, and is fully compatible with Microsoft's Windows Vista.
