Extended Support for Customers' Exams Results

Extended Support for Exam Results

To assist customers during Exam Results time, Double First's Support Team is extending their support hours to help customers, as usual.

On the following days, the Support Team will be available,

• Wednesday 13 August 2008 from 7.30am to 6.00pm
• Wednesday 20 August 2008 from 7.30am to 6.00pm

'Although it is rare for customers to make use of this extended facility, it is absolutely right that we offer it, even if only one customer calls in for help,' said Carole Denman, Operations Manager. 'As we keep saying, Support is everything to a Customer.'
