Training
Training is the key
Training is the cornerstone to the successful use of software.
With our dedicated Training Department, every installation of our software includes an agreed number of training days to ensure knowledge is high for the best use to be made of any of our softwares.
Refresher Training
At least two main areas naturally conspire to reduce knowledge and cause operational problems - staff turnover and routines that are run infrequently such as fee billing.
To help, we offer additional training which can be carried out either at the customer's site or in our fully equipped training rooms at Yeovil or Newbury.
From simple refresher training to a full advanced course, either on the program or accountancy, contact our support department for a quotation.
Who knows when training is needed?
Our Support Team is normally first to know when additional customer training would be beneficial.
The reason is simple - many calls to the Team are 'How do I ...'. Since every support call is logged, the Team quickly identifies customers whose support requests are becoming disproportionate.
At this stage, the customer will be contacted with recommendations for additional training.
Training, whether initial, advanced, or simply brush-up, is always available. Contact our support department.
