Double First is delighted to announce a further expansion in the operating hours of the Support Team, which is now open from 0800 to 1700 Monday to Friday.
This service enhancement comes as a result of an increased demand throughout the UK for the Double First and Engage suite of products, and aims to help schools which need assistance prior to children arriving at the start of each day. It comes as an addition to the personnel expansion that Double First has seen in recent times, demonstrating the importance the company places on looking after their schools.

Three Trainers had been providing product training aimed specifically at UK Bursars using our software, and the trainees seemed to be full of praise as a result.

Double First is delighted to be attending the BSME Conference (British Schools in the Middle East) at the InterContinental Aphrodite Hills Resort in Cyprus from 26 to 31 January 2009.
The conference will allow delegates from all countries in the Middle East to try the Engage MIS software for themselves, enabling a real hands-on approach.

Schools from around the UK converged at the Donnington Valley Hotel in Berkshire this week, for another Engage Development Partner Meeting.
For several years, Independent Schools have been keen to be a part of the programme, sharing in the development of the Engage software while providing invaluable feedback to the Development Team.
Many familiar faces were present, whilst other schools were attending for the first time. "This is the first of many Development meetings I've attended," said Richard White, Bursar at Prince's Mead School. "It's made me realise the power of the software which has been improved massively."

Double First enjoyed an immensely successful exhibition at the IAPS Annual Conference in Liverpool, to which several hundred Delegates had travelled from schools across the UK.
Scores of Heads and Deputy Heads queued to see Double First's latest software developments and to understand how these changes would help their schools.

'We stayed open, but over two GCSE and GCE days,' said Carole Denman, Operations Manager, 'we only received 6 support calls from customers needing help downloading their Results, and one of these was a customer who just needed a reminder of what to do!'

Jeff Elliott, Group MD, is pleased to announce the appointment of Kim Hollamby as Director of Double First Ltd.
Kim joins the company after successfully creating a 70-person technology department for IPC Media, a London-based division of the $40bn Time Warner group.
